If your child is to join us for the first time we welcome you as parents and look forward to a happy and successful association over the coming year. If you already have a child here we are pleased to renew the links between us.
You are most welcome to look round our school at any time, to see for yourself the excellent facilities and broad range of educational experiences that we have to offer. We promote a wide range of community activities and offer a variety of after school opportunities for both children and adults.
Here at Fir Tree we aim to help each child to feel secure and happy within our caring school community. We seek to create an atmosphere which encourages the growth of confidence and self-reliance.
Confidence in a school comes from knowing and understanding what is happening within it. We hope you will extend your knowledge through contact and discussion with myself and members of staff, and take advantage of the occasions provided for consultation with teachers. It is important that mutual understanding and trust should be the basis of our shared responsibility.
